2. How do I place an order?

Browse our products and add the items you want to your cart. After making your selections, click the cart icon to view your order and follow the prompts to proceed to checkout. You can choose to complete your order using a credit card, debit card, or other payment methods.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of your order, the destination, and the shipping method you choose. You will see detailed shipping cost information on the checkout page. Additionally, we offer a variety of shipping options for you to choose from.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally, order processing time is 1-3 business days. Shipping time varies depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose. You can find the estimated delivery time in your confirmation email.

5. What is your refund and return policy?

6. Where can I check my order status?

7. What if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt, providing your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will process an exchange or refund for you.
